Schedule an Appointment

Send the form or call. Someone answers around the clock, asks what is happening, and tells you honestly whether it needs a plumber now or can wait for the daytime rate.

While you wait

Four things to do before the van arrives.

Most of the damage from a plumbing emergency happens in the first minutes. These four take less than that.

  1. Water running

Close the house valve near the front hose bib, or the angle stop under the fixture. Open a tap to drop the pressure.

  2. Gas smell

Leave the building first. Call the gas utility emergency line from outside, then a licensed plumber for the house side.

  3. No hot water

Check the breaker or the pilot. If the tank is leaking from the bottom, close the cold inlet on top and the gas valve or breaker.

  4. Sewer backing up

Stop running water in the house so nothing more goes down. Keep people and pets away from anything that came up a drain.

Not sure it is urgent?

Send a photo with the form. We will tell you if it can wait.

After-hours dispatch costs more than a daytime visit. We would rather tell you the truth than send a van you did not need.
