What we do
One number, any hour, a licensed local plumber.
A burst pipe, a slab leak, a backed-up sewer, a dead water heater or a gas smell does not wait for morning. You call or send the form, someone asks what is happening and gives you shut-off guidance and an honest answer on urgency, and your request is passed to a licensed Arizona plumber who works your area. From there the plumber gives you the arrival window, the after-hours rate if one applies and the written price before any work starts.
- Calls and form requests answered 24/7, 365 days
- Licensed Arizona plumbers only
- You deal directly with the plumber who does the work
- Written quote from the plumber before work starts
- Permits pulled by the plumber for water heaters, repipes, sewer and gas
- Honest arrival windows, not marketing minutes

How it works
Three steps, no surprises
1. You call or send the form
Tell us what is happening, where, and whether water or gas is still active. You get shut-off guidance and an honest answer on urgency: if it can wait for the daytime rate, you are told so.
2. A licensed local plumber contacts you
Your request goes to an independent licensed Arizona plumber who works your part of the Valley. They confirm the details, explain the after-hours rate if one applies, and give you a real arrival window.
3. They quote and do the work
On site the plumber confirms the fault, puts the price in writing and, once you approve it, does the repair. Quote, invoice, permits and any guarantee on the work come from that plumber, and you deal with them directly.
Who we work with
Licensed local plumbers only.
This website does not hold a plumbing license and does not do the work. It puts you in touch with independent plumbers who do, and who meet these conditions.
- Independent plumbers licensed by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC). Ask for the license number and check it at azroc.gov before anyone comes out.
- Plumbers who work Phoenix every day: galvanized in the historic districts, copper under 1970s slabs, polybutylene in 1980s tracts, very hard water, 110-degree garages and monsoon rain.
- Plumbers who pull the permit for water heater replacement, repipes, sewer replacement and gas work. A handyman cannot.
- You speak with, pay and are invoiced by the plumber who does the job, not by this website.
